Fight Often
First, look at the size of the player’s mafia. Attack players with nearly the same size or smaller mafia because more members means more weapons/armor will be used against you.
Quickly browse through the player’s weapons arsenal. If you see that they
have much stronger weapons than you or a large quantity of stronger weapons, it is best
not to attack them.
Create an attack list of those members that you have attacked and beaten. This way you
can go back and attack them again in the future, knowing that they are probably beatable
again to you.

Job Heat Meter

You’ll need to be careful doing jobs during this Challenge Mission, as the MI-5 are on your trail. Each time you do a London job, you’ll increase the heat meter. The higher the heat meter, the tougher the job is to complete. If you lay low for a few hours, the job meter will cool down, and you can more safely complete the mission. The heat meter resets every 8 hours, so if you take your time and plan well, you’ll make sure you won’t get caught!

Prizes

Each Chapter that you complete of London will earn you an exclusive unique item. You’ll need to master Chapter 1 before you can move on to Chapter 2, and so forth. Each item gets progressively more powerful, so you’ll have to work hard to ensure that you get them all!

Challenge Crew

As each chapter unlocks, you’ll unlock two additional slots for your London Crew (up to 7 total slots). If you have space available in your crew, any new person (not hired guns) joining your mafia will also be added to your London Crew. You will be given a one-time bonus of British Passports for each crew member that joins an unlocked slot.

Mafia Wars Characters

The first thing to understand is type of Mafia character that one chooses at the starting of the game in Mafia Wars. Though one can change the character at any stage by exchanging reward points.

Mafia Wars Game play

The game offers you perform jobs to earn money, buy properties to earn money, and fight with your opponents to become the top mafia player of the game. Along the way, you gain levels, get cool weapons, armor, inventory (that gives you bonus when you vault the whole set) and cars.

Energy (which allows you to perform jobs) regenerates 1 every 5 minutes or 1 every 3 minutes for the mogul character. Stamina (which allows you to fight) has the same regeneration rate while the regeneration rate for Fearless is less.

Earning Money in Mafia Wars

There are several ways to earn money in Mafia Wars: jobs, properties, fighting, being a hired gun, robbing, and the Godfather. When you first start out, it’s important to gather up as much money as you can by completing jobs. Pick the jobs with the highest payoff/energy ratio.

Generally, the more energy you spend on a job, the more money you will make. Whenever you earn money, either spend the money or put it in the bank. Don’t get robbed – put your money in the bank. Other players can take your money by fighting you if it is not protected in the bank. The bank charges a 10% laundering fee, but that’s better than losing it all. This tip is for players who are lower in levels. As you grow your levels the money won’t be a problem.

Make sure to buy all the weapons and armor you need for jobs, but do not buy more than you need. Instead, invest in properties. Saving money to buy only the needed armor, weapons for performing jobs is the right approach in the beginning of the game.

Properties

It’s important to get the most out of your money. Focus on buying properties with high return to investment ratios. Use mafia wars bookmarklets and cheats to find out the maximum paying properties to buy.

The key of getting the maximum out of the properties is to keep investing all the money that is left over after buying required items for performing jobs..

Also, You can earn Achievements by depositing various amounts into the bank.

When you have extra cash to buy properties always prefer to buy properties in lots of ten as it will cost you less.

Fighting

Fighting is the best way to level up quickly and for earning and looting various items dropped while fighting your opponents. The trick here is to fight as many times as you can with the opponents. Time to time you will be rewarded with various loot items. All these items are valuable as they will increase your attack and defense points. Some special loot items like ITR (Illegal Transaction Records), Concealable Camera, Untraceable Cell Phone, Set of Blackmail Photos, are used to perform jobs. The more you fight more are the chances of getting these valuable items.

Nonetheless, you want to fight as often as possible. Not only is it a way to earn free money and increase experience, it’s also a great way to loot items that your mafia can use in fights.

My Mafia

Increase your mafia size as quickly as possible. Send invites to your friends and get them to join. This may not bring you many mafia players but never loose your heart. Search for groups like Mafia Wars and post your message in the wall. Post your Facebook id in all such groups, fan pages and you are likely to get many invitations. Search groups that pimps your facebook profile, once you get pimped by such groups you are likely to get 500-600 friend request in a matter of no time.

My Mafia also allows you to sort alphabetically by first name, search by name, and a few flavors of ranking such as level and newest to Mafia Wars. My Mafia currently support 501 members plus your Top Mafia

So, why do I have to add other mafia players??
The advantage of having more mafia members are the chances of getting an upper hand in fights. Look for the players that gives you maximum bonus in fights and make them your Bodyguard. Secondly, Mafia Mike’s is only available for buying if you have enough mafia members in your clan. Mafia Mike is the best paying and cheapest property to buy. The mafia member requirement goes up by 2 for every Mafia Mike’s you purchase. Another great way to get more mafia is to visit the godfather… Though I won’t recommend you to buy mafia members from the God Father/Market Place.

Marketplace



The Marketplace initially named as The Godfather allows you to trade “reward points” for various armor, weapons, upgrades, . Never trade your reward points for money, Limited edition loot, Boosts, Crates, no matter how tempting it looks. They are far too valuable for that. In fact, ignore all the choices except “Skill Points”. You get +4 Skill Points for every 14 reward points. Up your stats with extra skill points.

Top Mafia

Your top priority should be to assign your Top Mafia positions as quickly as possible. Put them as your Mastermind, Bagman and Wheelman to receive the best bonuses on jobs: Button Man, Safeguard and Safe Cracker to get the best bonuses on fights. Check out this sheet cheat to know which placer is best suited for which position.

Tips and Tricks Mafia Wars

Energy Pack: Players can receive one Energy Pack every 23 hours. Don’t ever use the energy pack if you are about to level up as it will waste the energy pack. Energy pack increases the energy by 25%. Energy pack is sent by fellow mafia members of the clan. If you want to use the energy pack manually then use this link to get the energy pack link.

Street Thug – Pistol Bayonet: +4% Damage dealt in fights
Associate – Bugatti: -7% Damage taken in fights
Soldier – Golden Skull: 30 second reduction health regen timer
Enforcer – Money Plate: 5% Discount on property purchases
Hitman – Chainsaw Bayonet: 30 second reduction Stamina regeneration timer
Capo – State Senator: 5% discount on property repairs
Consigliere – Helicopter: 30 second reduction energy regeneration timer
Underboss – Private Island: 5% bonus on job experience
Boss – Golden Throne: 2x the energy regenerated per regeneration period
